Adam Bub fell in love with storytelling as a child. Any scrap of paper could be turned into a mini magazine, a comic book, a short story.
Years later, Adam would follow that dream of writing for a living when he studied a Bachelor of Arts (Honours Class I) in English at the University of Sydney. After writing boardgame questions for Trivial Pursuit, film reviews for FilmInk Magazine and working as a staff writer for an LGBTQI+ publisher in Sydney, Adam's big break came in one of the biggest digital newsrooms of Australia.
At Nine Digital, Adam had a successful career working across various Entertainment and Travel titles including Travel, Getaway and TV WEEK. By 2015, Adam became the Deputy Editor of Entertainment at Nine Digital. Highlights included on-camera interviews with famous faces like Taylor Swift, Will Smith and Hugh Jackman. Name-drops aside, Adam developed a deep knowledge of what it takes to produce high-quality content every day for an online audience of millions.
Looking for a new challenge in the world of native content, Adam took up the role of Commercial Editor at Mamamia, Australia’s largest women’s independent media group, in 2017. Adam managed branded content campaigns for 100s of clients including L’Oreal, Coles, Disney, Netflix, Stan, Toyota, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, Expedia, Stayz, Baileys and more. Adam’s work was recognised with a nomination for Branded Content for Studio of The Year at the 2020 Mumbrella Publish Awards.
In January 2021, Adam left Mamamia and started a new chapter as a freelance content manager and SEO copywriter. Clients include Flotespace, Dowson Turco Lawyers and Adore Beauty. In April, Adam joined Pinstripe Media, Australia's leading business, finance and tech content marketing and publishing company, as Commercial Editor.
In his spare time, Adam loves creating content for his highly engaged, organic Instagram community. Influencer partnerships include MARCS Clothing, Superdry and Specsavers.
